What is the secret to living?
I'm very, very grateful for Tony Robbins. He's helped millions of people around the world, but he really helped me find the secret to living. So I don't know about you. But life can be a bit of a roller coaster. Everyone I've learned in life has a story, and sometimes life is magical and amazing, and other times it just sucks. There's no other way to put it.
And it seems up and down, up and down. If you're doing it tough right now, just know, as the Buddhists say, this too shall pass.
But Tony Robbins here taught me the secrets of living. And even though I'd heard this before, it didn't really sink in. You see, the secrets of living according to Tony and I agree with him—is giving. And that's why I've dedicated most of my adult life to helping others to train and coach to improve other people's lives, which in turn has improved my life beyond measure.
I get a real sense of satisfaction when I see other people grow and develop and see the results that they get, knowing I had a part, whether it's just a small part or a large part, that's what juices me. That's why I do what I do.
I think also. I'm pretty sure that's why Tony does what he does.
But the secret of living is giving.
I'm really curious to know how you give. Or How could you give? Whether it's your time, your energy, helping out, whether it's giving your time freely, or volunteering for something. Or maybe, it's something purposeful that you do in your work or in your life. Maybe it's what you give to your kids. Maybe it's what you give to your parents. If you are the younger one watching this. But whatever it is, the secret to living is giving. And what can we do?
Because again, I've heard this many, many times before, but I never really got it, and I sponsored, I remember sponsoring children in Thailand. I sponsored animals, the Wildlife Foundation. I was giving all this money away, but I didn't get any satisfaction from that, and maybe I should have just been okay with just giving the money. But if the secret to living is giving, I found me personally It was more when I gave my time and my energy. That's what lit me up as well as other people. So I'm sure the money was very helpful. But it's nice when you get rewarded as well for what you do. I didn't expect anything in return, but it's just what happened naturally.
See what you can do. Take on Mr, Tony Robbins' advice and let me know your thoughts.
